Funstuff Store's English version is intended for trade to destinations outside Finland. If your delivery destination is in Finland, please make your order at Funstuff Store's Finnish version.

Ordering instructions

Collect the products you wish to order and store them in your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to cart –button next to the product. Once your shopping cart is complete, choose your preferred payment method and delivery option. After reviewing our terms and conditions, remember to check the box to accept them, and then move on to the order form. Fill all necessary details carefully and submit the form. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. Please note that you cannot complete an order without a valid email address.

When purchasing Airsoft weapons, please note that you must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of your guardian.

Delivery methods

Delivery rates are determined based on the products’ actual weight and size. This ensures that you will always get the most economical delivery rate possible. There are two different delivery methods both for EU and North America deliveries: economy and priority. You will be given the opportunity to choose the delivery method when you place your order. The calculated delivery fee is shown with the total sum before you confirm the order.

With economy delivery to the EU delivery rates vary from 2.50 € - 18.90 € depending on the product. For heavier items (over 2kg) the rates vary from 25.90 € - 34.90 €. With priority delivery to the EU the rates vary from 3.10 € - 39.90 €.

With economy delivery to North America delivery rates vary from 3.00 € - 22.95 € depending on the product. For heavier items (over 2kg) the rates vary from 25.85 € - 31.70 €. With priority delivery to North America the rates vary from 3.75 € - 49.90 €.

All prices are in euros (VAT 0%).

Delivery dates

Delivery dates vary from one day to a month, depending on the destination address. You can check the status of your order through our Order Tracking-page with a reference number and password, which will be sent to you after ordering. If any problems occur with the delivery, we will contact you personally.

Payment methods - Paypal

Paypal is an international payment system. You can join it at www.paypal.com.

Returns and refunds

Fun Stuff & Cards abides to the consumer protection law and the Consunier office’s guidelines for net trade. An unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery to an address specified by the seller. With these conditions the full sum of the transaction is returned to the customer and return fees are paid by the seller. During the 14 days the customer has the right to inspect and try the product in the same way as if buying a product from a store. The product’s packaging can be opened in order to do this, but the product must not be taken into use.

A return delivery must include a receipt or its copy, an explanation of the reasons for returning the product/s and an account number to which the refund is to be paid.

If instead of a refund you would wish to trade the product/s into another, please include a clear description of the product/s you would wish to trade to and an account number if the difference between the traded products’ prices is in your benefit.

Our business on the net is based on fair trading. Therefore we also expect honest and working co-operation from you as our customer.
